The caravan is situated in Beach Drive and has stunning pararamic views across Lydstep beach and over to Caldey Island. It's in a great location right next to the steps leading to the Lydstep beach, shops, reception, childrens park and clubhouse.

Our spacious 3 bedroom Aspen Willerby caravan is packed with high quality practical features, with double glazing and centrally heating for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday.

The living room has a comfortable freestanding sofa, TV with Netflix and a Firestick and patio doors that open onto an elevated veranda, outdoor patio furniture is supplied for your use. A private parking space is available next to the caravan for 2 cars.

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, microwave, integrated washing machine, fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans. There is a free standing dining table within the kitchen area with 4 chairs and 2 stools.

The main bedroom has a Kingsize bed, TV and wardrobe as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes

The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and shower.

We are a pet friendly property and allow one dog.

Please bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Duvet and pillows will be provided. We have a no smoking policy.
