Description:

Our modern & spacious 20 x 40ft 2023 model Willerby Mapleton luxury lodge, is packed with high quality practical features. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with a standard inventory (excl TV's). 

 

The large pitch boasts a uPVC glass fronted decking area both to the side and front of the lodge. From the veranda there are lovely views overlooking the sea & headlands and the Bolands complex with landscaped gardens and water feature.  

There is a spacious, open plan living room complete with free standing sofa which houses a pull out bed  and modern entertainment unit with mood lighting.  Three windows look onto the decking area all have day & night blinds.

 

There is a corner bench style dining room suite with additional free-standing chairs and large shelving unit .  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday home. The kitchen boasts integrated microwave, large fridge & freezer, washing machine & dish washer.  There is also a breakfast bar with less formal seating options. 

 

There are three bedrooms each spacious with ample storage.  The spacious master has a double bed, wardrobe space, dressing table & an en-suite shower room.  There is ample room in here for a travel cot if required.  The second & third bedrooms are twin rooms with built in storage space. 

 

The master bathroom contains a W.C. storage, toilet & shower cubicle.

 

The combination of stunning sea views, spacious living areas, en-suite bedroom and a comprehensively fitted kitchen make the Mapleton a truly beautiful holiday home. The lodge is located within a 5 minute walk of the beach & club house, restaurant, entertainment, amusement arcade, fully heated indoor swimming pool.  The shop, laundry room, bakery and kids playground for children of all ages are within a 10 minute walk.

 

The price includes all fees (£13,585 for 2025) & costs.  License renewal December 2032.
