This 2023 luxury lodge is sited in the peaceful Bolands, a gated area on site with sea views, just 5 minutes walk from the clubhouse and beach.
The lodge has 3 generous sized bedrooms, a large open plan living area, a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room.
Externally there is parking for two vehicles, and a fob for the gate is provided when you arrive, allowing you to access the lodge freely. There is an extensive decking with two seating areas, with large patio doors leading through to the dining area.
The dining table seats 6, and there are also two stools at the breakfast bar.
The fitted kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all the necessary pots and pans needed to produce a home cooked meal.
The comfortable lounge area has a large corner sofa, ideal for relaxing whilst watching the 72" wall mounted freeview TV.
The family bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet.
The master suite has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, freeview TV and an en-suite shower room.
The twin bedrooms both contain full size single beds, and plenty of storage space, each with freeview TVs.
This lodge is tastefully decorated throughout, with modern touches such as USB sockets, and dimmer switches on the lights.
