This 2022 Willerby Mapleton luxury lodge is sited in the peaceful Bolands, a gated area on site with sea views, just 5 minutes walk from the clubhouse and beach.

The lodge has 3 generous sized bedrooms, a large open plan living area, a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room.

Externally there is parking for two vehicles. There is a wraparound UPVC glass fronted decking area with two seating areas, with large patio doors leading through to the dining area.
The dining table seats 6, and there are also two stools at the breakfast bar.

The fitted kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all the necessary pots and pans needed to produce a home cooked meal.

The comfortable lounge area has a large corner sofa, ideal for relaxing whilst watching TV.  Please note TV's are not included in the sale.

The family bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet.

The master suite has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, freeview TV and an en-suite shower room.

The twin bedrooms both contain full size single beds, and plenty of storage space, each with freeview TVs.

This lodge is tastefully decorated throughout, with modern touches such as USB sockets, and dimmer switches on the lights.

 

The license is due for renewal 16/11/2031.
