Description:
2014 Model Victory Versailles luxury 2 bedroom lodge complete with double glazing. The lodge measures 20 x 40 and has its own private parking space and has front and side decking.
The living space is open plan and there are 2 free standing sofas, coffee table and flat screen TV over the glass fronted log effect fire.
There is a free standing dining table with 4 chairs perfect for a home cooked meal.
The Kitchen is complete with integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, double oven, microwave, toaster, 5 burner hob and all the usual crockery. There is also a seperate utility room area.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with bedroom furniture and a walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds. Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to supply your own linen.
There are 2 bathrooms one en-suite to the master bedroom which has a full size bath. The second bathroom is accessible off the main corridor or from the second bedroom and has a shower.
We allow 1 small / medium house trained pet. We do not allow smoking in our lodge and as it is a park rule we are unable to accept same sex groups or under 21's. A £100 refundable bond is required along with the final balance.
