Description:
This 2016 model Swift Loire 35 x 12ft caravan is double glazed and centrally heated and is sited less than a minutes walk from the beach and also has sea views from the decking, which has furniture for your use. There is also parking for 1 vehicle alongside the caravan.
The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating complete with flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and a fire for additional heat in the winter months.
There is a dining area perfect for home cooked meals and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooker. Please note there is no freezer available at this property.
At the rear of the caravan there are 2 x twin rooms and one master bedroom complete with double bed and ample storage space.
There is a shower room with sink unit and a W.C and a second bathroom available.
This caravan is pet friendly, allowing 2 small or 1 medium sized dog.
Wifi is not supplied at this property, however it is available in the clubhouse nearby.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is a strict non-smoking policy in all our caravans.
If Wifi is supplied it is not always guaranteed due to the nature of the site.
Unfortunately we do not accept stag or hen groups.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. You must supply your own bed linen and towels. However, these can be hired from us at an additional cost (see booking page).
