This 2015 model double glazed and centrally heated Rio Premier caravan is sited less than a minutes walk from the beach and also has sea views from the decking and lounge window.

The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating complete with flatscreen Tv, and a modern fire for additional heat.

There is a dining area which seats 6 and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooker so you can move straight in!

At the rear of the caravan there are 2 twin rooms which can be made into a double if required and one master bedroom complete with double bed, dressing table and ample storage space.  There is an en-suite toilet off the master bedroom.

There is a separate shower room with sink unit and a W.C. with sink.
