This spacious 2019 New Hampshire luxury lodge, is packed with high quality practical features. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The wraparound decking provides the perfect spot to sit and look out over the bay, and outdoor furniture is provided.

​

The large open plan living room comes complete with free standing sofa's, electric fire and flatscreen TV. There is a 4 seater table and a breakfast bar providing ample dining space. The kitchen boasts integrated appliances including microwave, fridge & freezer, washing machine & dish washer.  

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite shower room. There is ample room in here for a travel cot if required.  There are two further twin rooms, each with plenty of storage space.

The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet.

​

This lodge is situated on the front row just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse. It has private parking for two cars.

​

Unfortunately we do not accept all female/male groups under 21 years in line with Haven Regulations. Strictly no smoking is permitted in the caravan. Pets are not allowed.

​

Duvets and pillows are provided, however guests must provide their own linen and towels, however these can be hired from us at an additional cost.

​

A security deposit of £100 is payable upon booking, and this is returned after your departure.
