Description:

 

Platinum standard Knightsbridge Pemberton Caravan sited on the front row of Caldey View. Located approximately 5 minutes from the on-site shop, laundrette, reception and metres from the beach.

The caravan has an open plan kitchen and living area with a free standing sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. There is also a gas fire for additional warmth in the lounge during the cooler months. There is a flatscreen TV with built in freeview & a DVD player with DVDs.

There is a modern kitchen complete with all the required pots, pans and crockery as well as fridge, freezer, 4 burner gas hob, cooker hood, toaster and kettle. The kitchen leads onto a dining area with free standing furniture to seat 6 to enjoy a home cooked meal.

The master bedroom has a double sized bed with fitted furniture for plenty of storage space. There is an en-suite toilet and shower off the master bedroom.

There are an additional 2 guest bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each bedroom.

Please note you will need to provide towels, bath mats and linen but pillows, duvets and protectors are provided for each bed.

The main bathroom has a shower, W.C and sink unit.

There is private parking at the side of the caravan for 2 vehicles. There is an elevated decking area over-looking the beach complete with patio furniture for you to enjoy.

​

Two well behaved dogs are allowed, and we kindly ask guests to provide dog blankets, and do not allow dogs in the bedrooms.

Please note we have a strictly no smoking policy and a fully refundable £100 bond is required on all caravans booked through Lydstep Caravan Hire. Please note this caravan is not suitable for those with pet allergies.
