​​277 Caldey View is a Willerby New Hampshire lodge, located on the front row at Lydstep beach and has outstanding sea views across the bay and towards Caldey Island.

​

This 3 bedroom lodge has double glazing and gas central heating throughout, perfect for rental all year round. There is a glass fronted decking overlooking the beach with comfortable furniture, giving plenty of space for outside living and dining experience. This lodge comes with a private parking space for 1 vehicle adjacent to the lodge.

​

​The main living area consists of a large open plan lounge/dining area with patio doors leading out to the decking area. The dining area has bench seating and 2 chairs to sit 5 adults and 3 high stools at the breakfast bar. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, flatscreen smart TV, fireplace for additional heat in the winter months and free unlimited WiFi. The sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed if required.

​The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with crockery, pots, pans and utensils. There is a gas hob and oven; microwave,  fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; kettle and toaster.

​

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and a set of drawers. Off the bedroom there is an en-suite with walk- in shower, heated towel rail, WC and washbasin. 

​

​The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawers.

​

The second guest bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

​

The main bathroom has bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and extractor fan.

 

The lodge is pet friendly and allows 1 small/ medium dog per stay. There is an outside tap to wash dogs before bringing them into the property and a secure gate on the decking for safety. We kindly ask guests to bring throws to cover the furniture and dogs are not allowed into the bedrooms.

Split week breaks are available Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday.

We are unable to accept group bookings from those 21 and under. No smoking is permitted by guests inside the lodge.

​

​Guest Passes can be purchased for the duration of your stay for the use of the facilities at Lydstep Beach Holiday Village including a heated indoor pool, sea kayaks, paddle boards, ranger and other activities, and club house (note that charges may apply to some activities and that the club house closes in November until the new season on 1st March).
