Description:

 

Pemberton Mistique 2 bedroom 4 berth caravan situated in the lovely quiet Gardens area of Lydstep beach holiday village.

Traditional and homely layout open plan kitchen and lounge area. The lounge has freestanding sofas to seat 4, with warm throws added for comfort and a TV with inbuild DVD player.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes gas hob/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and integrated fridge freezer. There is a kitchen table with 4 dining chairs. 

Large master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes, storage and en-suite showerroom. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and storage space. Bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Outdoors there is a decked area with garden furniture and a wonderful sea view. There is also private parking next to the caravan.

 

For your comfort the caravan has double glazing, central heating.  Duvets and pillows will be provided but you will need to provide sheets and bed covers, also towels and tea towels.

This is a privately-owned caravan and we would respectfully request that outer footwear is left at the door and that you treat our home as you would your own.  No same sex groups or smoking allowed.
