Description:

Recently renovated caravan located in the Gardens with incredible views of Caldey Island and Lydstep Cove. There is a decking area to the front with use of owners patio furniture and private parking.

There is a large comfortable living area with a smart TV. The living area also contains a wall mounted fire and central heating, making it ideal for use all year around. There is also free standing furniture and plenty of comfortable seating. Patio doors situated to the front of the living area lead onto the decking. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for guests use. 

​

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. It is also stocked with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products.

​

The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and en-suite toilet, there are also fitted wardrobes and a dressing table.

​

​​The guest bedroom is fitted with two twin beds and ample cupboards and storage.

​

​​The main bathroom comprises of a large shower cubicle, sink with storage unit and a w/c.

​

​We are a pet friendly caravan but ask that guests do not allow dogs into the bedrooms. Also could guests please provide blankets for their dogs to use on the sofas.

​

​Unfortunately we do not accept single sex groups under 21 years of age. Please supply your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. A £100 refundable security bond is required with all bookings.

​

We operate a strict no smoking policy in our caravan. 

​

Duvets and pillows are provided but guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels. However these items can be hired from us at an additional cost.
