A brand new 2019 model 40ft x 12ft ABI Windermere caravan located on a large pitch in Bay View with sea views onto Caldey Island.

 

There is a large comfortable living area with a flat screen TV, fireplace and freestanding sofas. There is both double glazing and central heating, making it ideal for use all year around. The patio doors lead onto the decking area which boast beautiful sea views.

 

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer and all necessary crockery & utensils. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs.

The master bedroom comes with kingsize bed and en-suite toilet, there is also a large walk-in wardrobe and a dressing table.  Pillows & Duvets provided but you must supply linen.

 

The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and ample cupboards and storage space is available.  Pillows & Duvets provided but you must supply linen. There is an additional double sofa bed in the living room to sleep 2.

 

The main bathroom comprises of a large shower cubicle, sink with storage unit and a w/c.

Externally there is a private parking area for up to 2 cars.

Please note a £100 security bond is required for all bookings at Lydstep.  We do not allow smoking or pets inside the property. You are required to bring linen and towels with you for your stay.
