Description:

This beautiful Willerby Rio Premier caravan is  double glazed and centrally heated, situated less than a minutes’ walk from the beach and with sea views from the decking and lounge window. The caravan is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings throughout.

​

The open plan lounge has wrap around comfortable seating complete with flat screen TV and a modern electric fire for additional heat and a pull- out double sofa bed.

 

There is a dining area which seats 6 and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooker.

 

At the rear of the caravan there is a double master bedroom  with a dressing table and ample storage space. There is an ensuite toilet off the master bedroom. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms each with storage cupboard and mirror.

 

There is a separate shower room with sink unit and a W.C. with sink.

Please note we are unable to accept same sex groups under 21 years of age.  We have a no smoking or pets policy at the caravan.  You will need to provide your own bed linen (sheets, pillow and duvet cases.  pillows and duvets are supplied)

required.
