This 2015 model Swift Loire measures 35 x 12ft and is located on a small plot of land just off the Terraces with only 4 properties, offering lovely sea views and a central location just a short walk from the beach and park amenities.
As you enter the caravan through the side door there’s a crescent shaped dining area and a ‘U’ shaped kitchen offering built in fridge, freezer, cooker and microwave it also comes with standard inventory so it’s ready for a home cooked meal.
The living room offers a wraparound seating arrangement perfect for larger families. There’s also a pullout bed so the caravan can sleep 6. The entertainment unit houses a flatscreen TV and Hifi system. There’s also a fire for additional warmth during colder months. The sea can be seen through the bay window to the front.
To the rear there’s 2 bedrooms a master double with en-suite toilet and built in wardrobes & cupboard space and a twin bedroom which could be made into a double of required.
There is a shower located in the main bathroom as well as W.C. & hand basin.
Outside there is parking alongside the caravan and wraparound decking with ramped access.
There is also an outdoor tap for convenience.
The license is due for renewal at the end of the 2025 season. The price includes all costs and fees (£8690) for the remainder of the current year.
