There’s also a fire for additional warmth during colder months. The sea can be seen through the bay window to the front.
To the rear there’s 3 bedrooms a master double with built in wardrobes & cupboard space and two twin bedrooms which could be made into a double of required.
There is a shower located in the main bathroom as well as W.C. & hand basin. There's also a separate toilet perfect for large families!
Outside there is parking in front of the caravan and wraparound decking with stepped access.
The license is due for renewal 12/4/2029. The price excludes all costs and fees (£12000 for 2026).
