Description

This well presented Pemberton Park Lane caravan sits on an elevated position in the popular Terraces, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the facilities on site.

It has two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping 6 in total.

This property is not pet friendly and is suitable for those with pet allergies.

The caravan benefits from a spacious decking area with outdoor furniture, and has French doors leading into a comfortable open plan lounge and kitchen/diner.

The lounge contains a freestanding sofa bed, two armchairs, an electric fire and wall mounted TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to produce a home cooked meal, and a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience.

There is a dining table which seats 6.

The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, TV and en-suite shower room.

The twin bedroom has a wardrobe, storage space and a TV.

The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet.

There is parking alongside the caravan for one vehicle.

Wifi is not supplied at this property, however it is available in the clubhouse nearby.

There is a strict non-smoking policy in all our caravans.

If Wifi is supplied it is not always guaranteed due to the nature of the site.

Unfortunately we do not accept stag or hen groups.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. You must supply your own bed linen and towels. However, these can be hired from us at an additional cost (see booking page).
