437 Terraces is located centrally on the park with incredible sea views and overlooks the beach.

This 3-bedroom chalet has double glazing and gas central heating throughout, perfect for rental all year round. There is an extended glass fronted decking overlooking the beach with comfortable furniture, BBQ, giving plenty of space for outside living and dining experience. This lodge comes with a private parking space for 1 vehicle.

The main living area consists of a large open plan lounge/dining area with patio doors leading out to the decking area. The dining area has seating for up to 6 adults. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofa to seat 6, flatscreen TV and free unlimited Wifi.

The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with crockery, pots, pans and utensils. There is a gas hob with electric fan assisted oven; microwave combination oven; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; kettle and toaster.

 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and a set of drawers. Off the bedroom there is an en-suite with walk- in shower, heated towel rail, WC and washbasin. There is also a TV in the bedroom.

There are an additional two bedrooms, both with kingsize beds, TV and suitable storage space. All bedrooms are centrally heated. TV in the bedroom

The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and extractor fan.

The lodge provides a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron for your additional comfort.
