This 2013 model Willerby Salsa Eco caravan measuring 12 x 35ft is located in Kittiwake at Kiln Park located close to the main facilities.

 

The living room has a comfortable wrap around suite, flatscreen TV and side door that opens onto the plot and a large bay window making it modern & bright.  

 

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with a full standard inventory. There is a crescent shaped dining suite within the kitchen area, there's also additional chairs for seating.

 

The main bedroom has a double bed, storage & wardrobe space.

The second & third bedroom has twin beds & fitted wardrobes (these can be made into a double if required)

The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and shower.  There is also a separate toilet - ideal for large families.

 

Combining practical living areas with distinctive, comfortable furniture this model offers large open spaces with a homely appeal. It is double glazed and panel heated for comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday home.

The price includes all fees (£7435 for 2024) & costs.  License renewal 1/3/2026.
