3 bedroom caravan located on The Terraces giving stunning panoramic views across Lydstep beach and also benefits from getting the sun from early morning until late in the evening on the south facing decking.

The living room has a L-Shaped sofa with arm chair, fireplace, flatscreen Smart TV, WiFi and patio doors that open onto an elevated south facing veranda. 

Rattan outdoor furniture with cushions is supplied for your use with outdoor lights. A private parking space for 2 cars is available next to the caravan.

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker and 5 burner hob, microwave and a full size integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine and Air Fryer. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans, knives, serving bowls, ovenware and kitchen utensils etc.

There is a free standing dining table in the kitchen area seating 4. 2 additional stools are supplied for guests to use when required.

 
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and drawers, wall mounted TV, wardrobe and an ensuite shower room.

The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, with a wardrobe and storage space.

The 3rd guest bedroom has a double bed, with a wardrobe and storage space. 

The main bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower, toilet, hand basin and shelving.

Combining luxury living areas with distinctive, comfortable furniture this caravan offers a spacious home away from home It is double glazed and centrally heated for your comfort with instant hot water.

We provide duvets and pillows, but please supply your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, and towels.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets or smoking in our caravan and are unable to accept same-sex group bookings under the age of 21.
