Description:
Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom ABI Westwood caravan located on the popular Terraces area of the park.
The van boasts stunning panoramic views of Lydstep Bay, and is just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The on-site facilities, including the shop and launderette are also a 5 minute walk. The Manor House entertainment complex is around 10 minutes away.
The caravan has a private parking alongside for two vehicles. There are steps leading up to the large decking area, which has outside furniture for guests use.
Patio doors lead into a comfortable lounge, with a freestanding 3 seater sofa and chair. There is a freeview Tv and an electric fire proving extra warmth in the colder months.
Doors lead through to a kitchen diner, with a breakfast bar seating two, gas oven and hob, microwave, and everything you need to produce a home cooked meal. Lap trays are provided.
The master suite has an en-suite WC, a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a dressing table.
The twin bedroom has two singles which can be pushed together to make a double if required, and a wardrobe.
The recently refurbished bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet.
This caravan will accept two dogs, and dog bowls are provided.

There is a strict non-smoking policy in all our caravans.
If Wifi is supplied it is not always guaranteed due to the nature of the site.
Unfortunately we do not accept stag or hen groups.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. You must supply your own bed linen and towels. However, these can be hired from us at an additional cost (see booking page).
