490 The Terraces is located on the front row with incredible sea views views and overlooks the beach. Based centrally on the park, you are just a short 10 minute walk from the facilities and clubhouse.


This 3 bedroom chalet has double glazing and gas central heating throughout, perfect for rental all year round. There is a glass fronted decking overlooking the beach with comfortable furniture and an additional patio for your use. This chalet comes with 2 private parking spaces.


The lounge shares a dining area with 2 sets of patio doors leading out to the decking area. The dining area has a glass table with 6 seats and lounge has 2 sofas to seat 6, with a fireplace for additional warmth in the winter months. The TV has freeview and a DVD Player. 


The kitchen is fully fitted with crockery, pots, pans and utensils; gas hob with electric cooker; microwave; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; kettle and toaster.


The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, radiator and extractor fan.


The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with storage, a radiator, hairdryer and en-suite shower room with walk- in shower, WC and washbasin.


There are an additional two bedrooms, both with double beds and suitable storage space.


The chalet provides a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron for your additional comfort.

This is a non- pet friendly chalet.


We will provide duvets, pillows and mattress covers but would ask that you bring your own duvet covers/ sheets/pillowcases and towels. This is a privately-owned Chalet and we would respectfully request that outer footwear is left at the door and that you treat our home as you would your own. We require a £100 (refundable) breakage deposit with all bookings.  The owners additionally requests that a maximum of 4 adults and no more than 2 children stay in the chalet during a booking.


No stag or hen parties, or smoking allowed.
