490 The Terraces is located on the front row with exceptional undisturbed sea views, enhanced recently with the addition of two brand new panoramic sliding doors, allowing you to enjoy views of the beach, coastline, and Caldey Island. Based centrally on the park, you are just a short 10-minute walk from the facilities and clubhouse.

This 3-bedroom chalet has double glazing and gas central heating throughout, perfect for rental all year round. There is an extensive wrap around glass fronted decking overlooking the beach with comfortable new Kettler rattan furniture and an additional secluded lower patio at the side of the chalet for your use, giving plenty of space for outside living and dining experience. This chalet comes with a private parking space.  There is additional parking a few yards along from the chalet. We have a BBQ area which opens onto a stainless steel plate to place disposable BBQ's on top.

 

The spacious main living area consists of an open plan lounge/dining area with 2 sets of patio doors leading out to the decking area. The dining area has a glass covered table with seating for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The lounge has 2 leather sofas to seat 5 and an additional leather chair, with a fireplace for additional warmth in the winter months. The TV has Freeview channels with catch up, and a DVD Player. There is a Pure Evoke DAB radio/CD player with Bluetooth facility for streaming your favourite music etc.  Free WiFi is available.

 

The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with crockery, pots, pans and utensils.  There is a gas hob with electric fan assisted oven; microwave combination oven; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washing machine; kettle and toaster.

 

The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and extractor fan. There is a mirror and electric shaver point.

 

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and a set of drawers. Off the bedroom there is an en-suite with walk- in shower, heated towel rail, WC and washbasin. There is a mirror and electric shaver point.   Hairdryer is provided.

 

There are an additional two bedrooms, both with double beds and suitable storage space.  All bedrooms are centrally heated.

 

The chalet provides a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron for your additional comfort.

We will provide duvets, pillows and mattress covers but would ask that you bring your own duvet covers/ sheets/pillowcases and towels.

 

We would ask that outer footwear is left at the door. This is a privately-owned chalet and we would respectfully request that you treat our home as you would your own. We require a £100 (refundable) breakage deposit with all bookings.  The owners additionally requests that a maximum of 4 adults and no more than 2 children stay in the chalet during a booking.

 

No stag or hen parties. Strictly no smoking or vaping allowed in the chalet.

This is a non- pet friendly chalet.
