There is an large open plan living area with free standing sofas, one with an integrated double sofa bed. There's a TV with unit & a built in fireplace to compliment the central heating, making the caravan perfect for use all year.  French doors to the front lead onto a UPVC decking area.

 

The kitchen is fitted with an integrated cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and all necessary crockery as part of a standard inventory.  There is a 4 seater dining table perfect for a home cooked meal. The kitchen includes a washer / dryer & dishwasher for convenience.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with walk in wardrobe space, a wall mounted TV, dressing table and an en-suite with bath & overhead shower.

There is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds & is complete with ample storage space with wardrobe & overhead cupboards.

The main bathroom has a shower, W.C. heated towel rail and sink with storage cupboard..

The license is due for renewal September 2030.
