Description:

​This beautiful 3 bedroom Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan located in the centre of the park, just 2 minutes from the beach and seconds from the childrens park. This caravan is  double glazed with centrally heated,  with a large decking to enjoy the sunshine. The caravan is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings throughout.

The open plan lounge has a wrap around comfortable seating complete with flat screen TV, DVD player and a modern electric fire for additional heat in the cooler months. The sofa bed pulls out into a double bed to sleep 2. Patio doors lead out on to the decking with outside furniture.

 

There is a dining area which seats 6 and leads onto the fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooker.

 

At the rear of the caravan there is a double master bedroom with a dressing table, television and ample storage space. There is an ensuite toilet off the master bedroom. Additionally, there are 2 x twin guest bedrooms. The main bathroom has a toilet, walk-in shower with sink unit and a W.C.

There is parking for one car adjacent to the caravan.

​This caravan is strictly no pet, and is suitable for guests with pet allergies.

​

Please note we are unable to accept same sex groups under 21 years of age.  We have a no smoking policy at the caravan.  You will need to provide your own bed linen (sheets, pillow and duvet cases.  pillows and duvets are supplied) required.
