Beautiful 2012 Ambleside Caravan with decking area. From your elevated position you will enjoy partial sea views across the bay to Caldey Island. Our holiday home is a 10 minute walk from the Manor entertainment complex which houses the indoor swimming pool and also the ‘club house’ with a home cooked menu available. The Blue Flag beach is also on the doorstep.

 

Your holiday home has its own private parking space for one car, but other parking is available close by and is located in a no through road, making this safe and quiet for families.

 

Our home has full central heating and is double glazed. For those chilly evenings, there is an electric fire. The spacious living room has ample freestanding seating with the sofa pulling out into a double bed. There is a 42” wall mounted ‘smart’ TV with built-in Freeview.

 

French doors lead to the decking where you will find comfortable outside furniture.

 

The open plan fully fitted kitchen with dining area for 4 people is suitable for a home cooked meal. The kitchen has a gas oven/hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Plenty of storage space is available.

 

The Master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite shower room for your convenience. Pillows and duvets will be provided for use during your stay. There is a dressing table with overhead cupboards, bedside tables and a walk in wardrobe which also houses a chest of drawers for ample storage.

 

The second bedroom is a twin room and is complete with pillows and duvets. There is a wardrobe, drawers, overhead cupboards and mirror.

 

The main bathroom has a large cubicle with powerful shower, WC and sink unit.

 

We operate a strict no smoking or pet policy and are unable to accept bookings off all male / female groups or under 21's.Please provide your own bed linen and towels.
