This 2018 Pemberton Gelndale 40 x 22ft luxury lodge is located in the peaceful & gated community of The Bolands with stunning landscaped gardens & waterfall.
The living room has a comfortable freestanding suite, flatscreen TV and bi-fold doors that open onto a large wrap around UPVC decking area. A private parking space which parks 2 cars is available next to the lodge. The lodge is located on a spacious corner plot.
There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee machine & integrated fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans. There is a free standing dining table which seats 6. There is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen area. The utility room has washer / dryer & additional storage with sink.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe space, TV and an en-suite shower room.
The guest bedrooms have 2 single beds, with storage space & TV's. There is a double sofa bed in the living area for use.
The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower.
