This recently refurbished Pemberton Park Lane caravan sits on the peaceful Atlantic View, with stunning views overlooking the bay. It is pet friendly, and will accept 3 small or 2 medium/large dogs.
The van is equipped with central heating, double glazing and wifi, and has been tastefully decorated throughout.
The extensive decking area has outdoor furniture for guests use, and a secure side gate allowing dogs to roam freely. Large patio doors lead into a light and airy lounge, with a freestanding sofa and armchairs, a smart TV and an electric fire. The sofa transforms into a double sofa bed if required.
The kitchen/diner has a 4 seater dining table, a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and everything required to produce a home cooked meal.
The main bathroom has freestanding bath, hand basin and toilet.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

The twin room has two singles, which can be pushed together to make an extra double bed if needed.
Adjacent to the caravan is parking is parking for two vehicles. 

This fabulous property is a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the clubhouse.
