This spacious Pemberton Glendale 44 x 22ft luxury lodge is located in the peaceful Atlantic View offering spectacular 180' sea views.

The living room has a comfortable freestanding leather suite comprising of 2 x 3 seater sofas & a cuddle chair, flatscreen 50' TV and bi-fold doors that open onto a large wrap around decking area. Modern click laminate flooring has recently been laid.

A private parking space is available next to the lodge.  The lodge is located on a unique plot offering a large 44x10ft side decking to make the most of the sea views.

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas hob & double oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine & beer fridge & integrated fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans. There is a free standing dining table which seats 6.  There is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen area.  The utility room has washer / dryer & additional storage with sink.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room.  There is also a second king sized room and a further twin room with 2 single beds, with built in storage space.  All mattresses have been replaced with plush Italian mattresses for supreme comfort levels.

The family bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower.

Combining opulent living areas with distinctive, comfortable furniture this model offers large open spaces with a homely appeal. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday home.
