This stunning 2014 Pathfinder Country Retreat is a holiday home like no other. It is the largest lodge on Lydstep measuring 50 x 22ft and is located on a corner plot in the peaceful & gated community of The Bolands with stunning landscaped gardens & waterfall feature. The lodge is surrounded by beautiful green grounds and a paved private parking area. This property has been recently redecorated to the highest standard and is a qulaity like no other with plastered walls throughout, this is a luxury home!
The living room has a comfortable freestanding suite, flatscreen TV, fireplace , panelled walls and bi-fold doors that open onto a large wrap around UPVC decking area. A private parking space which parks 2 cars is available next to the lodge.
There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, & integrated fridge and freezer. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans. There is a breakfast bar with hatch looking into living room. There is also a free standing dining table which seats 6.
The hall has additional storage cupboards.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, mirrored wardrobes, french doors and an en-suite shower room.
The guest bedroom has 2 full size single beds, with storage space, double wardrobe & wall mounted TV.
The third bedroom is a double & has large wardrobe, bedside tables & wall mounted TV.
The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower.
