This beautiful ABI St David holiday home is centrally heated and double glazed. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac area of the park perfect for children and those looking for a peaceful holiday. It is close to the onsite shop, laundrette and children’s playground, approximately 10 minutes walk. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk and a 15 minute leisurely stroll to club house.

 

There is a modern living room with freestanding sofas for all guests, flatscreen TV, DVD player and a fire for additional heat in the cooler months. There is also an open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and crockery and cutlery included.

We have a pull out and fold out table stored in the caravan which can be placed in the lounge and comfortably sit 6 people for a home cooked meal.

 

Master bedroom has a double bed with ample storage space and en-suite toilet. The large room allows for a travel cot to fit into the bedroom, making it perfect for young families.  Pillows and duvet provided.

 

2 x Twin Bedrooms – two single beds and storage. Pillows and duvets provided.

 

We have a walk-in shower room in the family bathroom.

 

This caravan also has its own private parking to the side of the caravan and a lovely decking area with astro, making it great for children to play on all year round.

 

Regretfully we cannot accept all female/male groups under 21 years. Strictly no smoking or pets are permitted in our caravan. Please provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. A fully returnable bond of £100 is required.

Please note that the owner has a dog and therefore this caravan is not suitable for those with pet allergies.
