Description:

This fantastic caravan is located in Haven Crest, located just one minute walk to the clubhouse, facilities and beach!

Secure wrap around decking with glass front, comfortable outside furniture and sea views.

The living room has a comfortable freestanding suite, flatscreen TV and patio doors that open onto an elevated south facing decking. A private parking space is available next to the caravan.

There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with gas cooker, airfryer, microwave, integrated fridge and freezer and washing machine. We are also well stocked with crockery, pots and pans. An iron and ironing board are available. There is a free standing dining table within the kitchen area with dining for 4.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe space, hairdryer and an en-suite toilet.

The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, with storage space. There is a double sofa bed in the living area for guest use.

The Bathroom contains a WC, hand basin and walk- in shower.

It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels all year round and comes complete with everything you need for a stress free holiday.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a strict non-smoking policy in all our caravans.

If Wifi is supplied it is not always guaranteed due to the nature of the site.

Unfortunately we do not accept stag or hen groups.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. You must supply your own bed linen and towels. However, these can be hired from us at an additional cost (see booking page).
