This 2020 Prestige Navigator 22x40ft luxury lodge is sited in the peaceful Bolands, a gated area on site with landscaped gardens, just 5 minutes walk from the clubhouse and beach.

As you enter the lodge there's a seating area perfect to remove shoes & coats after a costal walk.

Into the open plan living room there's ample seating to watch TV & doors leading onto the UPVC wraparound decking.

A dining table seats 6 for formal dining and a more casual option is available with breakfast bar in the kitchen area.
The fitted kitchen has a washer/dryer, brand new dishwasher, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer and all necessary inventory included.
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet.
The master suite has a king size bed, mirrored wardrobe, freeview TV and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a double and again has lovely mirrored wardrobes and the third bedroom is a twin which contain full size single beds, and plenty of storage space.
Externally there is a spacious wraparound glass fronted decking area and a paved car parking area alongside the property.
The license is due for renewal 2032. The price includes all costs and fees (£12,270) for 2025. It also includes all of the usual perks of ownership at Lydstep including passes to the entertainment complex and discount on park attractions.
