Luxury Monaco Duo lodge sited on 816 Ocean View a south facing sea view plot.

 

The lodge has an open plan living area composing of lounge with large wall mounted flatscreen TV and soundbar, electric fire for winter months and free standing comfortable furniture.  There is a dining suite to seat 4 for a home cooked meal and that leads onto a fully fitted kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all necessary kitchen utensils.

 

There are two double bedrooms comprising of dressing table and wardrobe space and both have bathroom access.  The en-suite bathroom has a power shower and the main bathroom a full size bath as well as vanity unit and W.C. 

 

The french doors from the lounge lead onto the glass fronted decking area which has patio furniture for your use.  The decking is south facing to make the most of the sun.

 

Unfortunately we do not accept all male / female groups or under 21's.  No smoking is permitted inside the lodge and a £100 bond is taken on all bookings.

This is a pet friendly lodge and will accept a maximum of 2 dogs.
