This beautiful Willerby Aspen holiday home is centrally heated and double glazed. It has a central location within the park close to the onsite shop, laundrette and children’s playground. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk and a 15 minute leisurely stroll to club house.

 

There is a spacious modern living room with freestanding sofas for all guests, flatscreen TV with built in freeview, blue-ray player and a fire for additional heat. There is also an open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and crockery and cutlery included.

 

Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed with TV/ DVD player, ample storage space and en-suite shower room. Pillows and duvet provided.

 

2 x Twin Bedrooms – two single beds, TV/ DVD player, plenty of storage. Pillows and duvets provided.

 

Note - Sheets, covers, pillow cases, towels are not included.

 

We have a shower room and separate toilet.

 

This caravan also has its own private parking to the side of the caravan and a lovely decking area with garden provided for you to admire the sea views in the distance.

 

Regretfully we cannot accept all female/male groups under 21 years. Strictly no smoking or pets are permitted in our caravan. Please provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. A fully returnable bond of £100 is required.
