Our static caravan located in Ocean View is double glazed with central heating throughout, with an additional fire in the lounge for additional warmth during the winter months. The van measures 37 x 12ft and has artificially grassed decking with outside furniture.

There is a large, comfortable living area with open plan kitchen diner. The dining area will seat 6 with crescent shape seating and two stools. The caravan has a flat screen TV with freeview. 

There is a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The master bedroom has a double bed and has ample storage space.  Pillows and duvets provided. There is an en-suite toilet off the master bedroom.

2 x Twin Bedroom – two single beds and wall mounted half wardrobe. Pillows and duvets provided.

The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

​Outside the caravan has a private parking space alongside and a wrap around decking area. Please note there are no sea views from this caravan but you only need to walk about 10m to get an incredible view of the bay.

​There are no pets allowed at this property, and it is suitable for those  with pet allergies.

​Wifi is not supplied at this property, however it is available in the clubhouse nearby.
