2 bedroom 2008 Bluebird Caprice caravan measuring 35 x 12 has been completed renovated internally, bringing a modern, comfortable and bright interior for our guests to enjoy. It is fully central heated, has a great elevated location giving fantastic views and good location within the park with a 10 minute walk of the onsite shop, laundrette and children’s playground with a 15 minute leisurely walk to club house.  The plot benefits from exposure to the sun for pro-longed periods due to it's south facing deck.

 

There is a  living room with comfortable suite and TV with freeview.  There is also a kitchen/dining area with 6 dining chairs available for home cooked meals. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, built in full size fridge/freezer. Kitchen accessories, crockery and cutlery included. 

 

The decking area to the front of the caravan is accessed from the lounge through large patio doors, offering sea views across Lydstep bay.

 

Master bedroom – Kingsized bed with access to an en-suite, with plenty of storage space.

 

Twin bedroom – two single beds with storage and cupboard space.

The lounge provides a double sofa bed, available with kingsize duvet for additional sleeping room.

 

The main washroom offers a walk in shower, toilet and sink with a vanity unit for storage.

 

This caravan has its own private parking for one vehicle alongside the caravan.

We allow a maximum of 1 dog in our caravan,  but kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended in the caravan, do not access the bedrooms and furniture is covered.

​

Please note we do not allow smoking in our holiday home.  A fully refundable £100 bond is required.  Pillows and Duvets are provided but Linen and Towels are not
