Our spacious redfurbished Pemberton Parklane 40x14ft model luxury caravan, is packed with high quality practical features. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need.

There is a 4 seater dining room suite and kitchen area all of which are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday home. The kitchen boasts integrated appliances including microwave, fridge & freezer, washing machine & dish washer. There is also a breakfast bar for casual dining.
There are three bedrooms each spacious with ample storage options. The spacious master has wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite shower room. The second & third bedrooms have single beds, plenty of drawer & wardrobe space in all bedrooms.
The main family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, W.C. and ample storage space.

The license is due for renewal 23/6/2030. The fees are £15,491 for 2026.
