Luxury 3 bedroom 2017 ABI, located on the front row of Haven Crest offering incredible sea views, quick beach access and walking distance to the clubhouse.

There is a spacious living room with wrap around, ample storage space, TV and wall mounted flame effect electric fire making the caravan usable all year around. A large bay window to the front offers views across Lydstep Beach and Caldey Island.

​

The kitchen is open plan with a kitchen with a full range of integrated appliances, crockery and cutlery, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining table has seating for 4.

​

The master bedroom has a double bed & fitted wardrobe, dressing table and offers ample storage space. There is an en-suite toilet off the master bedroom.

​

There are 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe. 

​

Please note, we will only accept a maximum of 4 in the caravan.

​

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual flush toilet, hand basin and towel rail.

​

To the side of the caravan there is a decking area with outside furniture and it's own private parking for one vehicle in front of the property.  

​

Unfortunately we do not accept all female/male groups under 21 years. Strictly no smoking or pets are permitted in our caravan due to pet allergies. Please provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. A fully returnable bond of £100 is required.

 

This caravan is suitable for guests with pet allergies.
