The caravan comes complete with flat screen Freeview TV, integrated bluetooth speakers in ceiling and living room furniture.  There is a fire for additional warmth in the winter months.  French doors open onto the glass fronted decking area.

There is a dining area perfect for home cooked meals with modern table and 4 chairs.  A fully fitted kitchen with fridge/ freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher has everything you could need and includes standard inventory such as pots, pans and crockery.

 

At the rear of the caravan there are 2 bedrooms a spacious king size master with en-suite shower room, ample storage space, dressing table & TV.  The second bedroom is a x twin room with built in wardrobe and TV.  

 

There is a modern shower room with sink unit and a W.C.

The price includes all fees (£11,275 for 2025) & costs.  License renewal 19/10/2030.
