Description:

913 Haven Crest is a modern and spacious caravan sited with excellent sea views and is conveniently located just a minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the clubhouse.

 

There is an open plan living area with ample seating and large patio doors which lead out of to the decking with comfortable outside furniture. BBQ and incredible sea views.  There is a gas fire for additional heat in the winters and the caravan is double glazing  and central heating making it perfect for use all year.  

 

There is a dining area to seat 6, with a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, pots and pans as well as a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

 

There are 3 bedrooms; a master double bedroom with ensuite toilet and two further bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. Each bedroom has storage space and pillows and duvets, however you will need to provide linen. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge available for use, making this an 8 berth caravan.

There is a main bathroom complete with a shower and bath.

​

We allow a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs in to the holiday home and kindly ask that no dogs are left unattended in the caravan or have access to the bedrooms.

​

We have a strict no smoking policy in the caravan and all guests are required to pay a fully refundable security bond with the balance of the holiday.
