Description:

 

Platinum standard 8 berth caravan brand new to the 922 Haven Crest plot. Recently upgraded to a spacious, bright and modern Pemberton Park Lane.

​

There is an open plan living area with free standing fully reclining leather chairs and sofa which converts into a bed and sleeps 2.  Patio doors to the front and side lead onto a large decking area complete with decking furniture and a BBQ.

 

The kitchen is fitted with an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, fridge, freezer and all necessary crockery.  There is a 6 seater dining table perfect for a home cooked meal.

The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room.  Please note we supply bedding but you will be required to bring linen and towels.

 

There are 2 x twin bedrooms with storage space.

 

The main bathroom has a full size bath, W.C. and sink.

 

Please note we do not allow smoking in our holiday home, same sex bookings or under 21's.  We allow 1 large breed dog (lab etc) or 2 smaller dogs.  All bookings must pay a fully refundable bond.
