Description:

Our spacious 20 x 40 Willerby New Hampshire luxury lodge, is packed with high quality practical features. It is double glazed and centrally heated for supreme comfort levels and comes complete with everything you need. 

 

The spacious pitch boasts a large glass fronted decking area both to the side and front of the lodge. From the veranda there are lovely views overlooking the sea.

 

There is a spacious, open plan living room complete with free standing sofa's, electric fire and flatscreen TV.   There is a 4 seater dining room suite and kitchen area all of which are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday home. The kitchen boasts integrated appliances including microwave, fridge & freezer, washing machine & dish washer.  There is also a breakfast bar complete with stools.

 

There are three bedrooms each spacious with ample storage options.   The spacious master has a walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room and a dressing table area.  There is ample room in here for a travel cot if required.  The second & third bedrooms have single beds but can be made into doubles, there is wardrobe space and all bedrooms have TV's.

 

The main family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, W.C. and ample storage space.  

 

The combination of stunning sea views, spacious living areas, en-suite master and a comprehensively fitted kitchen make the Willerby New Hampshire a truly beautiful holiday home. The lodge is located within a 5 minute walk of the beach via a costal path & 15 minute stroll to the club house, restaurant, entertainment, amusement arcade, fully heated indoor swimming pool.  The shop, laundry room, bakery and kids playground for children of all ages are within a 10 minute walk.

 

The license is due for renewal 16/11/2031.
