Luxury 2014 model upgraded & refurbished Path Finder Tuscany lodge in a gated community 'The Bolands', complete with large glass fronted decking including a secure section ideal for dogs. This lodge boasts incredible sea views with comfortable outside furniture, perfect for summer evenings. This lodge feels more like a house, with thick walls for insulation and recently decorated in theme of the coast, it is spacious and homely with everything you could need for your holiday home!

The lodge has an open plan living area complete with french doors leading onto a decking area.  The lounge has free standing upgraded furniture and a flat screen TV complete with freeview. 

There is a large dining table with seating for 6 leading onto a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer and all necessary crockery for a home cooked meal. There is an additional 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar and luxury items such as a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher available.

There is a master Kingsize bedroom with fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space leading onto an en-suite shower room.  There is also a family WC down the corridor complete with bath and overhead shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe for storage and a TV. The third bedroom has a full size bunk bed and additional single bed. Please note pillows and duvets are provided for both bedrooms but you are required to supply your own linen.

Outdoors there is a decking to the front and side which benefits from exposure to the sun. The decking area has a rattan suite for guests use, a table and chairs for outdoor dining and  a private parking space in adjacent to the property the property suitable for 2 cars.
