Description

Incredible front row caravan, overlooking the beach and extending views to Caldey Island. There is a decking area to the front with use of owners patio furniture and private parking.

There is a large comfortable living area with smart TV and DVD player. The living area also contains a wall mounted fire and central heating, making it ideal for use all year around. There is also free standing furniture and plenty of comfortable seating. Patio doors situated to the front of the living area lead onto the decking.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. It is also stocked with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and cleaning products.

The master bedroom has a double bed, TV and en-suite toilet, there are also fitted wardrobes and a dressing table.

The are 2 further guest bedrooms fitted with two twin beds and ample cupboards and storage

The main bathroom comprises of a large shower cubicle, sink with storage unit and a w/c.

We are strictly no pets at the caravan and are therefore suitable for guests with pet allergies.

There is a strict non-smoking policy in all our caravans.

If Wifi is supplied it is not always guaranteed due to the nature of the site.

Unfortunately we do not accept stag or hen groups.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. You must supply your own bed linen and towels. However, these can be hired from us at an additional cost (see booking page).
