Description:

 

2018 Willerby Aspen  located on a lovely spacious plot on Sandpiper in Kiln Park with wraparound decking. 

 

The lounge area has front opening patio doors that open out onto the decking which has ample space for patio table and chairs. There are free standing sofas for your comfort to watch TV & there is also a fire for additional heat in the winter months.  There's ample cupboard and shelf storage within the lounge area.

 

There is also an open plan fully fitted kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and ample standard inventory.  Extras include a coffee machine, washine machine and a dishwasher.  The dining table seats 4 people.

 

The bathroom is complete with large shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatic shower, WC & storage.

 

Master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space with overhead & bedside cabinets, wardrobes, dressing table, TV and en-suite toilet.

A further two twin bedrooms have storage space and mirror.  This rooms can be made into doubles if preferred. There is an additional double sofa in the lounge for your use.
